QG50 Forced adsorption type hydrogen drying device

Model QG50 forced adsorption hydrogen drying device is a specially designed device for reducing the moisture content in hydrogen gas in generators. The device consists of two hydrogen dryers (alternately working or regenerating), one oil separator, one cooler, one gas-water separator, one oil filter and corresponding valves.

When the humidity content of the cooled hydrogen gas inside the generator increases, the hydrogen gas with high humidity content can be introduced into this device, and through the continuous de-oiling and drying operation of this device, the humidity content of the hydrogen gas is reduced, and the hydrogen gas with the index raised to the dew point of -30℃~-60℃ is re-sent back to the generator set.

It can make the indicator of hydrogen moisture content in the generator reach the safe operation requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Electric Power (0-20℃). The device adopts programmable controller (PLC) control system to control the switching of two four-way valves according to the set time period to carry out the working or regeneration switching of the dryer, so that the dryer which needs to be regenerated for a certain period of time will be switched to the regeneration state, and the other dryer which has been regenerated will be put into the working state. As the regeneration temperature, time and condensate discharge in the process of regeneration are controlled by programmable controller (PLC), the equipment can realize fully automatic work.
