Suzhou Jingli Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Generation Equipment Development News

In December 2023, the kick-off meeting for the preparation of the group standard "Technical Specification for Electrode Grid of Alkaline Water Hydrogen Electrolyzer" and the first review meeting for the standard content were held in Suzhou City, hosted by the Hydrogen Branch of China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development (CAPID), and undertaken by Bao Shi Lai New Material Science and Technology (Suzhou) Co. On behalf of the evaluation group, Zhang Bihang, founder of Suzhou Jingli hydrogen production equipment Co., LTD, affirmed the work done by the standard preparation group to promote the development of the industry by preparing technical standards for key components. The standard is managed by the Hydrogen Energy Promotion Association, led by Baoshilai New Material Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. and prepared by a number of units, such as NDT Group Science and Technology Research Institute Co. and Sany Hydrogen Co.

In 2019, Suzhou Jingli hydrogen production equipment Co., LTD provided the 3rd and 4th sets of super-large single-unit hydrogen production capacity of 1,000 cubic meters per hour electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment for the first domestic liquid solar fuel synthesis demonstration project. The project was put into trial operation in Lanzhou at the end of August, and the electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment for the core process came from the company. Through more than a year of R&D tests, the company achieved a major breakthrough in energy consumption, reducing energy consumption by 5%-10%. And, the company was then developing 1,500 cubic meters per hour of electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment.

In 2017, Suzhou Jingli took the lead in launching the world's largest single 1000nm³/h large-scale water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, which can meet the needs of centralized large-scale hydrogen production. The equipment was later applied to the first domestic liquid solar fuel synthesis demonstration project, as well as large-scale renewable energy hydrogen production projects.
